Museveni's 35 years of Steadfastness And Clout in Uganda (and so?)
Without doubt the 35 years of Museveni's rule have been a midwife for catalytic agency and eventual self-determination in the economic, social, political, cultural, spiritual, traditional and security dimensions of the life of Ugandans. The 35 years of statehood under Museveni have provided ground for figuring out what works and what does not in Uganda's drive toward social transformation. The statistics bear this out, and are not data for the English/Americans to see. Ugandans are able to name the visceral-driven needs and seek redress through various channels such as the Local government and the indigenous African cultural structures.
